• Full Kitchen: Fully equipped with a double oven, perfect for catering or personal meal prep.

• Tables & Chairs: Includes 16 round tables (5 ft), 7 rectangle tables (6 ft), and 108 chairs for versatile seating arrangements.

Technology and Entertainment Options

• 3 Big Screen TVs (70"): Perfect for slideshows, videos, or presentations. Connect easily to all screens via HDMI3, with link boxes available for your convenience.

• Entertainment Options: Features a ping pong table, bag toss game, and access to outdoor space for extra fun activities.

• DJ-Friendly Hours: DJs are welcome after 5 pm on weekdays and from 9 pm to midnight on weekends (Saturday-Sunday), ensuring your event has the perfect soundtrack.

Convenient Amenities

• Baby Changing Table: Accessible and family-friendly for guests with young children.

• Parking: Ample parking available, with additional spaces at Brother’s Arms during off-hours (closed Mondays, after 6 pm Tuesday-Friday, and after 4 pm on Saturdays).

• On-Site Dumpsters: Located at the end of the concrete parking area for easy post-event cleanup.

Setup and Policies

• Flexible Setup: Guests are responsible for arranging tables and chairs, but early setup is available the day before your event if no other bookings are scheduled, giving you more time to decorate and arrange the space to your preference.

• Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted. If you plan to sell it, please secure a temporary liquor license.

• Vendor and Craft Fair Bookings: For these events, we request Sunday rentals to optimize parking availability and ensure a smooth experience for vendors and attendees alike.
